Getting Started with the Training

Hello!  Welcome to the Getting Started page where you will find everything you need to know to jump into the training with both feet and get you set up with a solid foundation for your business!

STEP 1 First and again, I want to personally congratulate you for taking these next steps to creating something for yourself that I know, without a doubt, is going to be a huge life-changer for you and your loved ones…

Okay are you ready? This first part is going to be super simple, but it is probably the most important. This may sound a little ridiculous to some, but I want to be clear on how important this is. Most of you probably wouldn’t be here right now if there wasn’t something in your mind telling you that this is the path you needed to take.

Well, I want to help you make sure that that will and that drive you have in your heart… stays with you throughout the training and if we can do that, then you’ll definitely make it over every given opportunity to conquer an obstacle no matter how big or small the task.

With that being said, our first step and it’s a doozy… is we going to need you to just breathe. Okay?  Yes, I know. “Dan… I’m right here. I am breathing.”  Not exactly.  I need you to really breathe. Focus on one thing in front of you whether you are sitting down or standing. Focus on that one thing and you need to just blow out all energy and thoughts as long as you can and then inhale through your nose a slow deep breath.  Now, when you exhale, focus on that one thing in front of you and let it out as slow as possible. You may even count to 7 if it helps.

Do this 5 times keeping your body still and focusing on what is in front of you and keeping your mind perfectly in line. Block out all distractions.

When you are done, you need to grab a drink of water… preferably at least 10 ounces and drink it until it is gone with large gulps. Now do the breathing exercise 3 more times.

How do you feel? I guarantee your may feel a little more clear, a little more relaxed… a little more focused.  That is where you need to be at all times with your business. Easy right? Do you think you can handle a little breathing every day before you dive into your training?

I thought so.  So that’s what I want you to do as you progress through these steps is find you a good calm spot in an environment where you have zero distractions… and do these breathing exercises every time, okay? I promise you if you do this, you will be absolutely surprised at how much easier you pick up on things moving forward. Deal?  Good.
